| (1) | If an Appellant does not appear at the communicated scheduled time for the hearing of an appeal, the appeal may be dismissed, and the appeal fees forfeited. |
| (2) | If a Respondent does not so appear, a judgment (not exceeding the relief claimed) may be given and the appeal fees returned to the Appellant. |
