| (1) | The Director, or the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, shall issue a national pilot licence if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 62.03.1. |
| (2) | A national pilot licence shall be issued in the prescribed format. |
