The following sanctions may be imposed on an offender following an investigation:
| (a) | counselling letter; |
| (b) | letter of warning; |
| (c) | remedial training; |
| (d) | administrative penalty; and |
| (e) | suspension, downgrade, endorsement, revocation, or cancellation. |
