An application for re-designation or re-issue shall be made every 24 months on the prescribed form , to the Director or the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, not less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the month in which the designation expires, and must be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Part 187.
