A holder of an instrument flight procedure design approval or an instrument flight procedure validation approval shall display such approval in a prominent place, generally accessible to the public at such holder’s principal place of business and, if a copy of such approval is displayed, shall produce original approval to an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person if so requested by such officer, inspector, or person.
