Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 91.06.9 the Director may authorise in writing the CAMU to allocate a TSA in which aircraft may be flown at—
| (a) | Mach 0.90 if below 5 000 feet AGL; |
| (b) | Mach 0.95 if between 5 000 feet AGL and FL 300; and |
| (c) | supersonic speeds if at or above FL 300. |
