| (a) |
grant an exemption under such conditions and for such period which the Director may determine, which may not exceed 180 days; or |
| (2) |
The Director shall give written notice to the applicant of— |
| (a) |
his or her decision; and |
| (b) |
if the decision was to refuse to grant the exemption or to impose a condition, the reasons for the decision. |

The Director shall within 3 working days from the date from which any exemption of a non-administrative nature, such nature decided upon by the Director, has been granted, publish the full particulars thereof on the Authority website. |
