The holder of an approval shall provide each ATSU listed in its manual of procedure referred to in regulation 172.03.1, a station standing instructions manual which shall—
| (a) | set out the procedures for the operation of the ATSU concerned; and |
| (b) | contain the information as prescribed in document SA-CATS 172. |
