| (a) | The holder of a national pilot licence shall pay the currency fee as prescribed in Part 187, applicable to the type of licence, on the anniversary date of the licence to either the Authority or to the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case maybe. |
| (b) | Where applicable, the payment shall be accompanied by the summary as prescribed by regulation 62.01.9(8). |
