A national pilot learner's certificate is valid for the period for which the holder thereof is the holder of a valid medical certificate, appropriate to the category of licence ultimately being trained for, issued in terms of Part 67 on condition that the annual currency fee and the application form are submitted to the Director or the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149.
