| (1) | A person operating a non-type certificated aircraft for aviation recreational purposes or in air displays, shall comply with the standards and procedures determined by the Director. |
| (2) | A person operating a non-type certificated aircraft for sport or aviation recreational purposes may conduct such operations under the auspices of an applicable aviation recreation organisation approved by the Director in terms of Part 149 and abide by its constitution and code of conduct, if any. |
