| (1) | Termination of training of a student pilot by an ATO shall be done in accordance with an ATO’s training and procedures manual. |
| (2) | An ATO shall report termination of a student pilot’s training to the Director in an appropriate form as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 61. |
| (3) | The reporting referred to in subregulation (2) shall not replace any mandatory or safety-related reporting requirements which are provided in the Regulations. |
