| (1) |
A holder of an instrument flight procedure ground validation approval shall— |
| (a) |
keep at least one complete and current copy of its operations manual referred to in regulation 173.03.1 at each workplace specified in such operations manual; |
| (b) |
comply with all procedures detailed in an operations manual; |
| (c) |
continue to comply with appropriate requirements prescribed in this Part; |
| (d) |
ensure that flight procedures are validated as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173; and |
| (e) |
make those parts of an operations manual required for personnel to carry out their duties available to such personnel. |
| (2) |
In performing instrument flight procedure ground validation, a holder of an instrument flight procedure ground validation approval shall— |
| (a) |
validate each instrument flight procedure as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173; |
| (b) |
return each instrument flight procedure to a responsible instrument flight procedure design organisation after ground validation for submission to the Director for approval, as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173; and |
| (c) |
adhere to the approval process prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173. |
| (3) |
A holder of an instrument flight procedure ground validation approval shall ensure that instrument flight procedure ground validation is conducted subject to conditions prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173. |
