Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

Purchase

An application for the issuing of a Grade Two air traffic service instructor (operational) rating shall be—

(a)	made to the Director in the appropriate form as prescribed by the Director; and

(b)	accompanied by—

(i)	the appropriate certificate of competency as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 65, signed by a rating assessment examiner;

(ii)	the air traffic service licence held by the applicant;

(iii)

the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187; and

(iv)	original or certified proof of his or her age.
