| (1) | The Director may upon application in writing, validate any foreign certificate air cargo security training, if the holder of the certificate submits documentary proof that— |
| (a) | such certificate has been obtained from an approved foreign training organisation acceptable to the Director; and |
| (b) | he or she has successfully completed the refresher security training referred to in Part 109. |
| (2) | An application referred to in subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
| (3) | The provisions of regulation 108.06. 2 shall apply, with the necessary changes, to the holder of a certificate referred to in subregulation (1). |
