| (1) | A member of the Aviation Safety Investigation Board, appointed staff, accredited representatives, experts and advisers are not personally liable by virtue of any report, finding made or expressed in good faith or made known in terms of this Act. |
| (2) | The internal proceedings and the investigation of aircraft accidents and aircraft incidents of the Aviation Safety Investigation Board are not open to the public. |
