| (1) |
An RPC holder wishing to apply for an RPC rating or revalidation shall have an applicable endorsement in such holder’s pilot logbook, as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 71. |
| (2) |
An endorsement referred to in subregulation (1) shall, at least, include the following details: |
| (b) |
UAS registration and type; |
| (c) |
name and licence number of a DUE; and |
| (3) |
A DUE conducting skills test or revalidation check shall stamp, sign, initial, and date the prescribed form, as required, before submitting to the Director for processing. |
| (4) |
A stamp referred to in subregulation (3) shall include the following: |
| (a) |
initials and surname of DUE; |
| (b) |
pilot RPC number of a DUE; and |
| (c) |
designation applicable to a DUE, such as DUE (A), (H), DUE (MR); as the case may be. |
| (5) |
A form referred to in subregulation (3) shall be invalid if it contains incorrect information. |
