| (1) | Except as provided for in subregulation (2), a UA shall be equipped with an altimetry system or equivalent, that is capable of displaying to its operator on an RPS, its altitude and height above ground level. |
| (2) | A UA that is not equipped with an altimetry system or equivalent, required by subregulation (1) shall be operated under R-VLOS only. |
