| (1) | The Director must keep a register of DFEs and of approved persons to act as flight examiners. |
| (2) | The register referred to in subregulation (1) must contain the following details— |
| (a) | name; |
| (b) | category and privileges of the designation or approval; |
| (c) | licences and ratings held; and |
| (d) | expiry date. |
