| (1) | This Part applies to the issuance, revalidatiion, and reissuance of an RPL for international flights operating under IFR. |
| (2) | The following licences may be issued under this Part: |
| (a) | Student Remote Pilot Licence (SRPL); |
| (b) | RPL (A); |
| (c) | RPL (H;) |
