| (1) | The holder of a CPL (Helicopter) shall comply with the recency requirements of regulation 91.02.4. |
[NB: Following the renumbering of regulation 61.06.6 as regulation 61.06.7, by regulation 20 of Notice No. R. 532, GG 36712, dated 30 July 2013 (First Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2013)], there were no instructions for the renumbering of the subsequent regulations 61.06.7 (Ratings for special purposes for CPL (Helicopter) and 61.06.8 Recency requirement for CPL (Helicopter).
