| (1) | The Director may, in writing, designate a person as a DUE in one or more of the following categories: |
| (a) | DUE (A); |
| (b) | DUE (MR); or |
| (c) | DUE (H); |
| (2) | A reference to DUE in terms of this Subpart shall include any of the categories of a DUE referred to in subregulation (1). |
| (3) | The Director may designate a DUE in more than one of the UAS categories referred to in subregulation (1), provided that such DUE meets the qualification and experience requirements provided in this Subpart for each of the categories. |
