| (1) | An application for a Grade Ill Helicopter Flight Instructor Rating must be made on the appropriate form and in the manner prescribed in Document SA-CATS 61 and submitted to the Director within 30 days of having completed the skills test. |
| (2) | The application must be accompanied by the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
| (3) | If the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 61.15.1, the Director must issue a Grade Ill Helicopter Flight Instructor Rating in the appropriate prescribed format. |
