An applicant for the issuing of an air traffic service licence shall—
| (a) |
be not less than 18 years of age; |
| (b) |
hold a valid medical certificate issued in terms of Part 67; |

| (c) |

(d) |
be a resident of the Republic; |
| (e) |
have successfully completed the training referred to in regulation 65.02.2; and |
| (f) |
have passed the theoretical knowledge examination referred to in regulation 65.02.3. |
