| (1) | A holder of a pilot certificate with a hang-glider category rating may, as may be applicable— |
| (a) | act as a PIC of a hang-glider; |
| (b) | operate a hang-glider under the direct supervision of a holder of a flight instruction rating; |
| (c) | operate a hang-glider under the supervision of a hang-glider pilot with a C endorsement. |
| (2) | A holder of a pilot certificate with the hang-glider category rating and a hang-glider A, B or C endorsement may act as a PIC of a hang-glider in accordance with the endorsements added to a pilot certificate within Class F and Class G airspace. |
| (3) | Once an endorsement is recorded in a pilot logbook, a holder of a pilot certificate may exercise the privileges of an endorsement as recorded. |
