| (1) | A holder of an AMO approval shall develop and implement a drug and substance abuse management Plan to address drug and alcohol issues in relation to their potential effect on aviation safety. |
| (2) | A plan referred to in subregulation (1) shall include the elements as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 145. |
