An owner or operator of an aeroplane of a maximum certificated take-off mass in excess of 5 700 kg shall monitor and assess maintenance and operational experience with respect to continuing airworthiness and provide such information as required by the Director and shall report said information to him or her using a reporting system the Director has developed for that purpose.
