| (1) | The Director, or the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, shall issue an open class rating or type rating by name for touring motor gliders if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 62.17.8. |
| (2) | An open class rating or type rating by name for touring motor gliders shall be issued in the format prescribed in Document SA-CATS 62. |
