| (1) | A holder of a dangerous goods training approval shall issue a certificate to a learner who has successfully completed a dangerous goods course in terms of this Part. |
| (2) | A certificate referred to in subregulation (1) shall be issued in the form as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92. |
