| (1) | The Director may classify airspace in accordance with the classes as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 172, for the purposes of providing air traffic services, and may also prescribe the type of air traffic surveillance systems and the level of air traffic services to be implemented in such airspace. |
| (2) | The Director shall publish the classification of airspace in accordance with the AIRAC cycle in the AIP, AIP SUP or NOTAM. |
