| (1) | The holder of a glider pilot licence shall pay the currency fee as prescribed in Part 187, applicable to the type of licence, on the anniversary date of the licence to either the Authority or to the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case maybe. |
| (2) | Where applicable, the payment referred to in subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by the summary of the last 12 months flying in a glider. |
