| (1) | This Subpart applies to— |
| (a) | an aerodrome that is not required to comply with the requirements of Subpart 2 of this Part; and |
| (b) | an aerodrome that is not licensed but approved by the Authority. |
| Note: | An aerodrome to which this Subpart applies shall not be required to be licensed. A person operating such aerodrome may at his or her discretion choose to apply to license such aerodrome. |
