| (1) | Each owner of an emergency or reserve parachute assembly, shall maintain a permanent record of the assembly in— |
| (a) | a logbook; or |
| (b) | a separable log page, approved by the applicable aviation recreation organisation. |
| (2) | The owner referred to in subregulation (1) shall make the record available for inspection when required by an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person. |
