| (1) | A person may not act as a remote pilot within the Republic, unless such person— |
| (a) | has completed an RPC course at an approved ATO; |
| (b) | has undertaken a skills test; and |
| (c) | has been issued with a valid RPC and a rating in the relevant category issued in terms of this Part. |
