| (1) | A flight instructor endorsement or rating shall be for— |
| (a) | assistant flight instructor endorsement; |
| (b) | tandem flight instructor rating; |
| (c) | Grade C flight instructor rating; |
| (d) | Grade B flight instructor rating; and |
| (e) | Grade A flight instructor rating. |
