| (1) | A person conducting a survey at an aerodrome, heliport, or navigational facility shall, on completion of such survey and at least 30 days prior to an annual airport licence renewal inspection, submit to the Director— |
| (a) | a report as required in terms of regulation 139.02.23; and |
| (b) | a copy of a survey package in the format prescribed in Document SA-CATS 139. |
