| (1) | No instructor shall conduct aviation security training prescribed under this part, unless such instructor is the holder of a valid instructor certificate issued in terms of this Part. |
| (2) | An instructor certificate shall be renewable annually on payment of the annual currency fees prescribed in Part 187. |
