| (1) | An air service operator shall establish a training file for each person required to receive training and retain on such file a record of all training and checking required in terms of Subpart 3. The records of training and checking shall contain at least the information prescribed and be retained for the period of time specified in Document SA-CATS 121. |
| (2) | The operator shall establish procedures to make an employee's training file available for supervised review by such employee, but all training files shall remain in the custody of the operator. |
