This Part applies to a—
| (a) | subsonic jet aeroplane; |
| (b) | supersonic aeroplane; |
| (c) | propeller driven aeroplane; |
| (d) | aeroplane; |
| (e) | helicopter; and |
| (f) | tilt-rotor aircraft. |
