The following fees are, subject to the provisions of subregulation (2), payable:

for issuance of an operating certificate in terms of regulation 121.06.2 for an aeroplane in the certificated mass class of— |

| (2) | Where an application for an operating certificate or a renewal thereof relates to more than one aeroplane certificated mass class, the fee payable is in respect of an aeroplane in the highest all-up certificated mass class applicable to Part 121. |
