187.01.30 Fees relating to Part 121 (Air Transport Operations - Carriage on Aeroplanes of more than 19 Passengers or Cargo)

 

Air Transport Operations - Carriage on Aeroplanes of more than 19 Passengers or Cargo

 

(1)

The following fees are, subject to the provisions of subregulation (2), payable:

(a)

for issuance of an operating certificate in terms of regulation 121.06.2 for an aeroplane in the certificated mass class of—



(i)

5 701 kg - 20 000 kg

(ii)

20 001 kg - 130 000 kg

(iii)

Greater than 130 000 kg

(b)

for each aeroplane placed on an operating certificate in the certificated mass class of—



(i)

(c)

for renewal of an operating certificate in respect of an aeroplane in the certificated mass class of—

(2) Where an application for an operating certificate or a renewal thereof relates to more than one aeroplane certificated mass class, the fee payable is in respect of an aeroplane in the highest all-up certificated mass class applicable to Part 121.
