| (1) |
An application for an SRPL must be made to the Director on the appropriate prescribed form, and must be accompanied by— |
| (a) |
an original or certified proof of the identity of an applicant; |
| (b) |
a valid medical certificate issued in terms of Part 67; |
| (c) |
the name of the appropriate RPAS on which training will be conducted, |
| (d) |
two recent passport-size photographs of an applicant concerned; and |
| (f) |
the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
