| (1) | A ground handling service provider shall draw up security procedures setting out the manner in which it shall operate, and such procedures shall be in line with air carrier security programme and airport security programme. |
| (2) | An air carrier and a designated airport shall ensure that security procedures referred to in subregulation (1) are incorporated in their respective security programmes. |
