| (1) | An applicant for the issuing of an ASTO approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such security inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of any application made in terms of regulation 109.02.6. |
| (2) | The holder of an ASTO approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such security inspections and audits which may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this part. |
