| (1) | A holder of an RPC shall maintain a pilot logbook with records of the following: |
| (a) | flight time; |
(b) ELVOS time;
(c) BVLOS time; and
(d) instruction time.
| (2) | Flight time shall only be logged by a holder of a valid RPC and appropriate rating. |
| (3) | If a holder of an RPC utilises an electronic logbook and shall print and file the electronic data every 90 days. |
| (4) | A holder of an RPC shall retain a pilot logbook for at least 60 months from the date that such holder ceases to hold a valid RPC. |
| (5) | A holder of an RPC shall produce a logbook for inspection upon request by an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person. |
| (6) | A PIC flight time may only be logged by a holder of a valid RPC. |
| (7) | Dual flight time shall only be logged when a pilot receives dual instruction at an ATO approved for training in terms of this Part and shall include a record of air exercises undertaken. |
