| (1) | An aircraft parked on the apron and unattended shall be properly moored or otherwise secured by the operator of such aircraft. |
| (2) | An aerodrome operator shall— |
| (a) | make available facilities to enable aircraft operators to safely moor their aircraft. |
| (b) | ensure that the operator of an aircraft complies with the requirements of subregulation (1) and (3). |
| (3) | An aircraft operator shall ensure that appropriate chocks are used to secure the aircraft. |
