An application for the issuing of a type rating by name in the category gyro planes shall—
| (a) |
be made to the Director or to the organisation, designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, on the appropriate prescribed form; and |
| (i) |
a certified true copy of the applicant's national pilot licence; |
| (ii) |
certified proof that the requirements prescribed in regulation 62.06.1 have been complied with; and |
| (iii) |
the appropriate fee as prescribed in terms of Part 187 or by the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, provided that the fees set by the latter shall not exceed the fees prescribed in Part 187. |
