| (1) | Any person or entity who submits an appeal provided for in this Chapter must submit such appeal in accordance with the requirements prescribed and payment of the fees prescribed. |
| (2) | The appeal may be brought by the person or entity concerned or a duly authorised employee or legal representative of such person or entity. |
