| (1) | The Director shall issue a Grade II flight engineer instructor rating if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 63.05.1. |
| (2) | A Grade II flight engineer instructor rating shall be issued in the appropriate form as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 63. |
