| (1) | An applicant for a flight validation approval in terms of this Subpart shall provide the Director with an operations manual which— |
| (a) | complies with the requirements provided in this Subpart; and |
| (b) | contains information prescribed in Document SA-CATS 173. |
| (2) | An operations manual, and each amendment thereto shall be submitted to the Director for approval. |
