An applicant for an SPL or ISPL shall—
| (a) | be 15 years or older; |
| (b) | hold a valid medical certificate issued in terms of Part 67; |
| (c) | for the issuance of an SPL, be registered with an ATO; and |
| (d) | for the issuance of an ISPL, be registered with an ATO approved for conducting integrated training. |
